- Line a 9×13 baking dish with non-stick foil, or generously coat it with baking spray. This step ensures easy cleanup and prevents sticking.
- Tear 3 plain bagels into bite-sized pieces. Distribute these pieces evenly across the bottom of the prepared baking dish to form the first layer.
